  This place is a wonderful place to live. Location location location. It is very close to the metro to Mark train mass transit and very close to 270 and 370. The schools that your children attend when living in this complex are some of the best schools in the country. Blue ribbon schools. The staff at this apartment complex is responsive to your request repairs are done in a very timely manner the status extremely friendly and accommodating. I would recommend them extremely highly I have never lived in a place with such a competent and well serving staff. My previous place of residence was a private rental and it was a complete and utter disappointment. The place was a literally making my son sick.
  After I moved to Avalon's Eaves Washingtonian Center, my son has not been sick since. The manager as well as all the staff within the office and the people who keep the place together(the maintenance crew, the grounds crew )they are just utter professionals; great people.
  The only reason I would move is for a bigger place because I have big kids and they just keep getting bigger so just for more room but other than that I would stay here forever.
  This has been a really great positive experience for me and my family and I would recommend anybody to please come and check them out for yourself.
